• All your personal information and documents will be kept confidential and will not be provided to any 3rd party unless required by law.
• Copyright remains with its rightful owner. Editing-English.ch and its emplyees make no claims to any works submitted to them for editing.
• Obeying laws and practises of intellectual property and plagiarism are the responsibility of the person submitting the documents. By submitting documents to us you guarantee that you do so rightfully, meaning that you guarantee that you are submitting the document without breaking any local and international copyright and intellectual property laws.
  Editing-English.ch will not be liable for any damages or consequences resulting from any such violations.
• We reserve the right not to edit all documents submitted to us. Reasons herefore among others are resource restraints or ethical reservations regarding the content.
• We strive to provide you with the highest possible level of quality with all our services. However, please bear in mind that even experienced editors can not guarantee 100% error-free documents in 100% of the time.
• Therefore, while we promise you the best possible service we can offer, Editing-English.ch, makes no assurance of 100% accuracy.
  The customer is ultimately responsible for the final review of the edited material after Editing-English has completed its editing services before using it for its intended purpose.
• Refunds are possible in cases where dissatisfaction on your part has legitimate reason but editing-english.ch can not be held liable for any damages or consequences resulting from our doing or any unforeseen technical problems.
• Editing-English.ch will not be held responsible for any fraudulent use of any credit card or other payment methods used in paying for our services.
• The customer is reponsible for the accuracy of their private infromation regarding their names, email addresses and other contact information and payment details.
  Editing-English.ch will not be held responsible for any damages or consequences resulting from being supplied with inaccurate or inadequate information regarding the above.
• By submitting payment for our services, you are signing a contract with us which commences when we have received your payment. You are therefore agreeing to our Terms and Conditions as listed on this page.
  Withdrawal from the contract is possible up to 24h after receipt of payment.
• Editing-English.ch is governed by the laws of St.Gallen, Switzerland. By accepting the terms and conditions you submit to the jurisdiction of St.Gallen, Switzerland.
